August’s Ranger Guided Bird Walks at Fort Stevens State Park

Join a Park Ranger at Fort Stevens State Park for Free Friday Guided Bird Walks. No experience is required, and experts are welcome to come share their knowledge! If you have binoculars, please bring them. A few will be available for those who don’t have them. Be sure to dress for the weather and bring your own water. Meet up locations and time are below.

1. August 7 – Coffenbury Lake Bird Hike 9:30-10:30 am Meet at South Coffenbury Lake
2. August 14 – Battery Russell Bird Hike 9:30-10:30 am Meet at Battery Russell
3. August 21 – Fort to Sea Bird Hike 9:30-10:30 am Meet at Sunset Beach
4. August 28 – Horse Trail Bird Hike 9:30-10:30 am Meet at Peter Iredale Parking Lot
