Please say a prayer for me. I’ve been struggling really bad lately with anxiety and anxious thoughts, my heart races, my mind feels all over the place, breathing feels labored like a panic attack. I know it’s just that and it will pass but in the moment getting my body to calm is getting harder and it’s happening more frequently. Please pray the lords helps me through this season and stays near to me and eases whatever is fueling this anxiety.

Asking for prayers for myself, have had very painful spasms in my hips for a couple years now, it gets so bad I can’t walk or bend to do normal everyday things, My Dr has me on muscle relaxers and anti inflammatory pills and have a appointment to see a Pain Management Dr, can’t get to see him until the middle of September, please pray for me to get in sooner so we can finally put an end to all this pain, Thank you & God Bless you All!
