Please pray for me in JESUS NAME, I have been told i have arthritis though from their conversation they just Assumed it is, was recently sick of malaria after that i did some weight lift since it has been over a year when i used to do that because of work, never used to be sick for years only when i came here and i did it once after the course was given then after some days i started feeling joint back pain in areas were bench press affect though i had no struggle lifting
