Astoria Social Justice Book Club

This month we will be discussing Shon Faye’s “The Trans-gender Issue: An Argument for Justice.” We’ll be reading the first half of the book in June and the second half for July’s meeting.

The Astoria Social Justice Book Club typically meets the second Tuesday of each month, at 6 pm, at the Commodore Hotel Lobby, 258 14th Street, Astoria.

Our discussions are always lively and informative. Even if you haven’t finished, or even started the book to be discussed, you are welcome to come and listen, join in, meet new people, connect with friends.
