Christmas In July: Hood River & The Dalles

Positive Life Radio 104.5 FM is excited to be The Hands & Heart of Jesus as we help meet the needs of people living in The Gorge and experiencing food insecurity.

The Columbia Gorge Food Bank is a key partner as we work directly with folks in The Dalles & Hood River to feed children, families, singles, and seniors! Huge thanks to the folks collecting and distributing food: Hood River Adventist Food Pantry as well as Hood River FISH Pantry. And, we’re thrilled to partner with our friends at Zion Lutheran Church to provide an extra convenient drop-off site in The Dalles.

You can bring food donations to a site listed below, but if time and travel is a challenge, you can support this work with a monetary gift by scanning the QR code to the right (beginning July 1st). *Your gift will be sent to the closest food bank to your address.

Suggested Donations: canned foods like fruit and vegetable, soups, and chili (pop top cans are appreciated), rice, pasta, pasta sauces, spices, cooking oils, flour, shelf-stable milk, cereals, oatmeal, etc… Toiletries, feminine hygiene products, and baby diapers are also helpful.
