Vigil on International Overdose Awareness Day

Clatsop County Public Health holds a candlelight vigil on August 31st, International Overdose Awareness Day. Come to remember a loved one, share a thought, and learn about prevention and how to help. It’s from 6 to 8 at the Barbey Maritime Center in Astoria.
